Of the 20 NFL head coaches that have been in the league at least three years, Reich ranks 18th in terms of September winning percentage, at .382 (6-10-1 overall). Leaguewide, Reich’s tenure in Indianapolis put him ahead of Zac Taylor of the Cincinnati Bengals (5-9-1) and Dennis Allen of the New Orleans Saints (3-12) and well behind the NFL’s September leaders, such as Sean McVay of the L.A. Rams (16-4) and Matt LaFleur of the Green Bay Packers (10-3).
