What Bet Protect+ Covers

Bet Protect+ addresses one specific situation: a player you have a bet on leaves the game due to injury. Coverage lasts the full game, including overtime. If a covered player exits because of an injury, a straight bet has its stake returned in cash, while a Same Game Parlay has the injured player's leg removed and the rest of the bet settles at adjusted odds. The protection covers injuries only. It does not extend to ejections, benchings, or a coach simply reducing a player's role.

The September Fee Waiver

Bet Protect+ usually comes with a 3% fee on qualifying bets. For all of September, that fee is reduced to 0% automatically, so eligible customers do not need to add anything or flip a switch to get covered. Place an eligible NFL Player Prop or Same Game Parlay during Weeks 1 through 3, and full game injury protection, including overtime, is included at no extra cost. 

What It Means for North Carolina Bettors

North Carolina sports betting was legalized in March 2024, making it one of the newer markets among states with legal NFL wagering.
